When Can You Expect Your Order?

At Haus of Heroes, we take pride in the care and quality of each item we create. Each product is made-to-order, meaning we begin crafting your item soon after you complete your purchase. Generally, our customers receive their orders within 10-21 business days from when their payment has been successfully processed.

Order Processing Details

As soon as we've confirmed your payment, your order enters our processing queue. Within the initial 12 hours, you're free to adjust any details of your order—whether it's the size, colour, or quantity—or even cancel it if need be.

Production Duration

Our skilled team typically requires 1-3 business days to bring your product to life, depending on the specific item.

Here's a breakdown of our production timelines by product type:

• apparel ( tshirts / tops and bottoms/ personalized products): 1-3 business days
• accessories and custom orders (shoes, accents and decor): 2-5 business days

Shipping Duration

Please be aware that our projected delivery timeframe of 10-21 business days is an approximation and, in some cases, orders may arrive sooner or take a bit longer.

Here's our estimated shipping timelines by product type:

• apparel :2-8 business days

• accessories and custom orders: 5-11 business days
• International orders: additional 1-2 weeks.

Thanks to our strategic network of global warehouses, your order will typically be created and shipped from the location nearest you for optimum efficiency.

Upon dispatching your order, we'll send a notification email with a tracking link for you to monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Costs

SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER 50$ 

Free shipping only includes standard shipping  (Estimated delivery time: 3 – 7 days)   If your order is under 50$ the following are the costs of shipping  based on the destination and the quantity of items purchased.

For Canada and US:

• Standard Shipping: $6.00

• International Shipping: Starts at $ 10.99

• Express and Priority shipping : $15.00 ( estimated delivery time of 1-3 days ) *Please be aware that shipping fees may be higher for select locations and not all countries offer complete tracking capabilities.

 

Re-shipping Policy

In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or contact details, or if the carrier is unable to reach the customer, we will consider a re-shipment. Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse and we've received the correct information from the customer, we will proceed with the re-shipment. The costs are as follows:

• Re-ship to the US and Canada: $7 per item
• Re-ship internationally: $10 per item

Please note that all prices are quoted in CAD

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We currently only ship to one address per order. For deliveries to multiple locations, kindly place separate orders.

PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Shipments

Yes, we cater to shipments to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Do note that deliveries to APOs can take up to 40-45 days, and we are unable to provide tracking updates once the parcel enters the military zone due to security reasons.

VAT and International Taxes

We do not charge any taxes for international shipments. Any duties or taxes, including VAT, incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. The charges can vary from country to country, so we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information.
